Ladies night with this group of superstars 🌟

SHRED TURNS 3 🎉👏

Three years ago today, Shred officially opened its doors to the public for the very first time.

From an idea during lockdown in 2020, to today in 2024, it’s been a continual journey of re investment back into the community we’ve created!

Plenty of blood sweat and tears has gone into the gym, but I can honestly say I’m happy to have created the best 24/7 facility in the area for myself and the members!

So here’s a few throwback photos of the gym at different stages throughout the years!

I’m currently enjoying my first week off this year in sunny Egypt, but will be back on Monday to push on with clients as we approach summer ☀️

Again, thank you to everyone involved in Shred, past, current and future. You guys are legends 💪👏

Another brilliant weekend in the bag, had peanut 🐶 run riot around the gym on Saturday as we smashed out my weekly leg session!

For those of you that don’t know, this is the gym’s HACK SQUAT, easily everyone’s favourite piece of equipment 🫠😂

5.75PPS, 230Kg (no band) on this, definitely going to feel that one on Monday morning.

The gym refurb is just about complete, just waiting for our new treadmills and we can relax (for now) 💪

This has always been about putting back into the members and continuously moving forward with them. Easily the best gym in the area!
