You don’t need to compete at bodybuilding.

You don’t need to run a marathon.

You don’t need to complete a Hyrox.

Those are all great goals if they’re your goals.

New daily day 🐸🐍 Novablast 5 😮‍💨

Took these for a 7.5k easy run this morning, ideal cruisers with such a foamy base to minimise the impact. Could see these being used for my recovery and higher mileage, slower paced long runs!

Stay for the end to see the happiest pup to see me when I got back 🥹

The year running took over 🏃💨

Spent 80% of 2025 running twice a week and then three times a week, and clearly didn’t fuel enough to make up for the calorie expenditure 😮‍💨

Goal is to keep running more but get my bodyweight back up to a stronger level into Manchester Marathon in April 🫨

Marathon Training is Tough 😮‍💨 (Marathon sponsorship link on page). The first run where I’ve struggled, running to pace for 18k had me wiped! Trainings predicted marathon time had me running a madness, so we’ve adjusted and reset all future paces 🙌. 10 weeks - St Neots Half Marathon. 20 weeks - Manchester Marathon
