Why your calorie deficit isn’t working…👀

The truth is. You’re not actually in one! ❌

Yes you may be ‘on it’ in the week. But it’s your overconsumption on the weekend that’s holding you back.

Yes you may be tracking your food. But are you keeping an eye on your consumption of oils, drinks, sauces etc. Because these are extra calories that you might not be taking into account!

A calorie deficit is the KEY to fat loss. But you need to make sure you’re in one for it to work 👈🏻

My top 3 go to breakfasts that I use on rotate all week! 🍽️

1️⃣ 0% Greek Yogurt
2️⃣ Porridge Oats
3️⃣ Scrambled Egg on Toast

All 3 are fairly low in calories, high in protein, and very filling. Perfect first meal to set you up for this day! 🔥

Your results won’t come from the fanciest programme or the strictest diet. ❌
�It comes from the habits you repeat CONSISTENTLY. 📆

So keep it simple!
Stay consistent!
Commit for a good couple of months!
