My training has kept me so focused. I'm determined to prepare my body for an easier labour and recovery. I'm so grateful to be able to move around with ease at this stage in pregnancy but I've REALLY put the work in.

ACCOUNTABILITY - someone to check in on you to keep you on track with your training and nutrition. We have a weekly check-in to discuss how your week has been and I can make any necessary adjustments to your plan, if needed.

STRUCTURE - having your workouts scheduled into your busy week is key to keeping on track. Your sessions can be assigned on specific days which can help maintain consistent progress.

PROGRESSION - I will create you a progressive training plan which will be reviewed and adjusted each week, to ensure you are improving and training effectively.

SUPPORT - we will work together to achieve your personal goals. You can contact me through the App or WhatsApp anytime if you have any queries. I encourage you to send me your weekly wins, meals, tracked workouts; anything that you feel proud of!

Massive shout out to my client Hannah who has well and truly conquered her fear of lifting weights in the gym and recently smashing her first ever marathon! πŸ₯³πŸ’ͺ

Hannah came to me for some guidance and structure to her training, to gain confidence in the gym and to build strength around a shoulder and hip injury.

I can happily say she is now pain free πŸ™Œ and fully understands how important resistance training is for not only her running, but for her overall physical and mental wellbeing.

There's no better feeling than becoming stronger week by week and this girl is smashing it!

The barbell hip thrust is one of my favourite exercises to develop the glutes, hamstrings, core strength and overall physique. This is beneficial for everyone!

Having strong glutes will help stabilise the pelvis, improve hip mobility as well as protect the lower back.

If you are a runner or play a specific sport, these will improve overall athletic performance by enhancing strength and power for explosivity.

They will also help for everyday activities so make sure they are a staple to your lower body day!

The key is to tuck your pelvis at the top of each rep to minimise any arching of the back.
