ACCOUNTABILITY - someone to check in on you to keep you on track with your training and nutrition. We have a weekly check-in to discuss how your week has been and I can make any necessary adjustments to your plan, if needed.
STRUCTURE - having your workouts scheduled into your busy week is key to keeping on track. Your sessions can be assigned on specific days which can help maintain consistent progress.
PROGRESSION - I will create you a progressive training plan which will be reviewed and adjusted each week, to ensure you are improving and training effectively.
SUPPORT - we will work together to achieve your personal goals. You can contact me through the App or WhatsApp anytime if you have any queries. I encourage you to send me your weekly wins, meals, tracked workouts; anything that you feel proud of!
FREEDOM & FLEXIBILITY- Online coaching allows you to train around your lifestyle. The workouts are tailored to you and the equipment you have access to!
