Yay we did it!! 2 children delivered and picked up from school and nursery. Mummy’s first day at work went super well, was so nice to see everyone again and loved working with old and new clients. Now time to relax and catch up with my babies xx

What an amazing way to end the summer holidays, my maternity leave, mine and my hobby’s 10 year wedding anniversary and Finley’s up coming birthday!!!! Disney you were amazing!! Over 25,000 steps each day, super long days, stupidly expensive but TOTALLY WORTH IT!!! Disney we love you!!!

How is it the last week of the holidays!!! And the last week of my maternity 😭😭😭😭😭
It’s all happening too quickly and I don’t like it one bit! 🤪
However it does mean I’m back to work next week and I’m now working Fridays (as well as Wednesdays, online and some local evenings) in the gym and have space for small group or 1:1 personal training sessions. Our living room workout today, using dumbbells and a heavy kettlebell. Did everything for 15-20 reps x 3 rounds and rest time inbetween for snuggles and nappy changes.

Oh how I’ve missed these ladies xx I’m not back working yet but thought we could do some sessions in the village to keep everyone active including myself! Great workout, great catch up and lots of laughs 🥰 Darcie fell asleep after 15 mins too so win win 🥇

The joys of trying to work out at home with your 5 year old and a new born! Make it fun so they join in or just watch you jumping around. There’s also some great videos online designed to get kids moving by following along in an action packed scenario Academy do great ones!
