Last week, our theme was a core focussed flow - here’s an insight into some of the movements we covered, and a few of my favourite core-focused exercises!

Please note, all of these have modifications if they feel too tough, so don’t be put off if you have been interested in trying Pilates as I would steadily work up to most of these within a mixed ability class.
