I can pretty much guarantee I had a worse night than you did (πŸ‘ΆπŸΌπŸ˜­ ect) and I can tell you I can’t always be bothered to train either...but I know it’ll make me feel better, I know it’ll make you feel better, and I know it’ll give us the time we need to dedicate to our minds bodies and souls πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ don’t miss it!!

After taking part in a yoga class last week and really enjoying the β€˜relax’ part of the session I’ve decided to make my zooms a little longer to accommodate for longer stretches, more core and little more ZEN!

Last week I asked you to all think about ☝🏻 time in your day that you need to be mobile / agile / flexible ...?

My example was twisting round to reach the loo roll on the back of the 🚽 But have since needed to be able to contort myself into all sorts of positions...mostly because of my children!

πŸ’₯ having to turn on light switches with my toe whilst juggling breastfeeding / half asleep baby...!

πŸ’₯ putting socks on the little on whilst she’s in the front baby carrier...harder than you think (have to reach round your back with one arm!)

πŸ’₯ and one I use ALL the time is getting up from the floor with no hands whilst holding baby.

=Balance / shoulders / hips

πŸ’₯ More posterior pelvic tilt needed to reduce the arch in the spine
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Try placing a wooden stick (broom) on your back and attempt to get your head / shoulders blades & tail bone on and maintains as you perform a push up
πŸ’₯ Head needs to be push back slightly so that the neck is nice and long
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Imagine holding a ping pong ball under the chin
