For those of you who haven’t seen already…we are excited to be hosting an LS Fitness HYROX Workshop on Sunday 12th April.

This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to improve their HYROX performance, learn key movement techniques, and understand how to train and fuel properly for race day.

We’ll be covering:
• HYROX-specific training tips
• Key movement efficiency
• Race strategy and pacing
• Nutrition and fuelling for performance

Whether you’re preparing for your first event or looking to improve your time, this session will help you train smarter and perform better.
