Devizes Netball Club Devizes Netball Club based in Devizes, Wiltshire. Established in 1979 We welcome Juniors and Seniors Our club consists of junior and senior teams.

We are a thriving and growing Netball Club in the heart of Wiltshire. We are committed to providing the best possible opportunities for all our members, whether you are players, umpires or coaches. For the 2022/23 season we will be fielding 6 senior teams. Our 1st Team will be hoping to continue their recent success in Regional League 3. Our other club teams will play in the local Moonraker League

alongside our three Under 16 Teams. As you can see, there is room for everyone, from those just starting out as adults or juniors to some of the area's most talented netballers. Do look around our website www.devizesnetball.org.uk and if you'd like to know more, please get in touch. Training Times;

We are deeply saddened to share the passing of former Devizes Netball Club member, Hannah Bowsher, on 6th April 2026, aged just 37.

Hannah was a valued part of our club, and she will be remembered with great fondness. Our thoughts are with her husband, her two children, and all her family at this incredibly difficult time.

For those who would like to pay their respects, Hannah’s funeral service will take place on Friday 1st May at 3:30pm at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington. Family and friends are warmly invited to attend. In keeping with the family’s wishes, please do not wear black.

A reception will follow at The Raven, Poulshot.

Donations in Hannah’s memory are being made to Dorothy House Hospice and can be given at hannahbowsher.muchloved.com.

Hannah will be truly missed by all who knew her 🤍

A truly special evening celebrating an incredible person 💙👏🏼

Our very own Becki Gaiger was honoured by the Mayor of Devizes this evening, with a certificate recognising her outstanding contribution to Devizes Netball Club!!! 🎉

From starting as a 9-year-old player to becoming a captain, coach, vice chair, committee member, and dedicated netball mum supporting her girls, Becki has been at the heart of DNC every step of the way.

Her passion has been fundamental in grow and shaping the club, inspired countless young girls, and strengthened our community. Becki is a familiar and much-loved face in Devizes, and her impact reaches far beyond the court.

We are officially holding trials for our upcoming season. From our Regional 3 performance squad to our five competitive Moonraker League teams, there is a place for every player level at our club.

Trial Dates at Devizes Leisure Centre:

Regional 3 & Moonraker Prem: April 15, 22, & 29 (8pm-10pm)

Moonraker Divisions 1, 2 & 3: April 20 & 27 (7:30pm-9:30pm)

We pride ourselves on being a welcoming community that loves the game as much as the competition. Don't miss out on the chance to play for DNC!

We’re back under the lights midweek with Moonraker matches on Tuesday and Thursday, including a Devizes face-off as Falcons take on Hawks 👀💛 Kestrels, Harriers and Eagles are also in action, so there’s plenty of netball to enjoy. Come on down to give them a cheer!

The weekend then brings regional fixtures on Sunday, with our U16s playing at home and our Regional squad heading away 🔥

It’s set to be another action-packed week for Devizes Netball! 🏐

On Tuesday, it’s a DNC face-off with Kites vs Harriers! The same night we also have Falcons and Hawks hitting the court for some exciting matches. Then on Thursday, the Eagles face TNC 1 - it’s going to be a week full of competitive netball so come down to DLC to show your support 👍🏼👏🏼🫶🏻

On Sunday, our Regional team will be playing at home (Prior Park College, The Bury Sports Centre, Ralph Allen
Drive, Bath, BA2 5AG), so come along to support and cheer on some top-level regional action.

Harriers took on Frome last week - an unbeaten side this season who had previously edged us by one goal.

This time, in pouring rain and really tough conditions, Harriers found themselves a few goals down at every change against a very talented Frome side.

Heading into the final quarter, captain Sarah delivered the pep talk Harriers needed. The response was huge - the whole team came out firing, winning the last quarter 10–3 and turning it around to defeat Frome by ONE goal in the final seconds.

A hard-fought win built on resilience, belief, and teamwork, against quality opposition. Very proud of this team and thank you to Frome for a great game 💪
