Another fantastic week of sessions!⚽️

We started the week with a group session for Heidi and Jamie Leigh, followed by a session with Kaila. We then had another group session with Luella and Millie, before welcoming Amelia for her session. To finish off the weekend, we had Scarlett in for another brilliant session! 🌟

A massive well done to everyone this week!👏

Another fantastic weekend of 121 football sessions!⚽️

We started the weekend with Luella, followed by Amelia, and then Ava, who took part in her very first 121 session with us!

All three girls showed a brilliant attitude throughout their sessions, working hard and putting in plenty of effort.

☀️ Another fantastic week of 1 to 1 football sessions! ⚽️

The weather was certainly warm this week, but every player showed a brilliant attitude from start to finish. They worked incredibly hard in every session and continued to develop their confidence, technique, and decision making despite the heat.

A massive well done to everyone who trained this week. The effort and commitment on display was excellent, and it’s great to see all the progress being made.

Best of luck to all of our players competing in the Foyle Cup next week. Go out, enjoy every minute, and give it your all. We can’t wait to see how you all get on! 💙⚽️

⚽ Another brilliant weekend of 1 to 1 sessions! 👏

A massive well done to every player who trained with us this weekend. The effort, attitude and willingness to learn was outstanding from start to finish.

It was great to see so much progress across every session, with players challenging themselves, developing new skills and growing in confidence. Seeing that hard work pay off is what it’s all about.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support us and trust us with your development. We can’t wait to do it all again next weekend! 💙⚽

Another brilliant evening of 1️⃣ to 1️⃣ coaching sessions! ⚽🔥

We kicked things off with Heidi S and Jamie Leigh, focusing on developing their technical skills, confidence, and decision-making.

Next up were sisters Heidi and Millie, who worked hard throughout their session and showed fantastic determination.

To finish the evening, it was great to welcome Lily and Annie back for their 1️⃣ to 1️⃣ sessions. It’s always great seeing players return and continue to build on their progress each week.

A huge well done to all the girls for their effort, attitude, and willingness to learn. Keep working hard and enjoying the journey! 💪⚽

Another great afternoon of 1-to-1 sessions! ⚽💪

First in were Kate and Evan, who worked incredibly hard on their sharpness and technique. Their focus and effort throughout the session were excellent! 👏

Next up were newcomers Daisy and Abel. They had lots of fun, embraced every challenge, and enjoyed some healthy competition against each other. A fantastic first session! 🌟

We finished with Lily, who, as always, gave 100% from start to finish. Her work ethic and attitude never change, and it’s brilliant to see her continuing to improve every session. 👏⚽

Well done to everyone today – keep up the hard work! 💙

Another fantastic weekend of 1 to 1 football coaching! ⚽💪

A huge well done to Kate, Andrew, Lily, Luella, Evan, sisters Lydia and Lacey, and Kaila for all their hard work and effort across the sessions.

A special shoutout to Kate and Kaila, who showed brilliant commitment by training through the pouring rain! 🌧️👏 That’s the kind of attitude that helps players improve.

Well done as well to Kate, Andrew, Lily, and Luella, who put in excellent performances during the warm weather earlier in the week. ☀️ Staying focused and working hard in the heat isn’t easy!

Whether it was sunshine or rain, every player gave 100%, worked hard, and continued to develop their skills while enjoying the game. Keep up the fantastic work, everyone! ⚽🔥

⚽️ Weekend 1-to-1 Sessions ⚽️

Scarlett worked on her first touch, passing and ball control. She showed great focus throughout the session and continues to grow in confidence every time she steps onto the pitch. 👏⚽️

Lyla had an excellent session, concentrating on receiving the ball under pressure and improving her decision-making in possession. Her attitude and work rate were outstanding from start to finish. 💪⚽️

Evan brought plenty of energy to his session and worked hard on his dribbling, agility and close control. He was eager to learn and applied himself well in every drill. 🔥⚽️

Jamie-Leigh focused on developing her technical ability and confidence on the ball. She listened well, worked hard and showed real determination throughout the session. 👏⚽️

Halle continued to develop her passing, movement and ball mastery. She showed great commitment during the session and was always willing to challenge herself. 🌟⚽️

Maisie worked on her footwork, coordination and technical skills. Her effort levels were excellent and she approached every exercise with a positive mindset. 💙⚽️

It was great to see all six players working hard and making progress in their own individual areas. The commitment, effort and attitude shown by everyone throughout the weekend was excellent, and I look forward to seeing their continued development in future sessions. 🙌⚽️

⚽️ Today’s 1-to-1 & Small Group Sessions ⚽️

A great day on the pitch with some brilliant effort from everyone involved! 👏

First up were Carson and William, who teamed up for a group session. We worked on a variety of technical skills before finishing with a fun penalty shootout challenge to put their finishing and composure under pressure. Plenty of quality strikes and big saves on display! 🥅🔥

Next was Lily, who had an excellent session focusing on finishing into the far corners. She worked hard on her technique, body position and accuracy, showing great improvement throughout the session. ⚽🎯

We finished the day with Luella, who was also working on finding the far corners with her finishing. Her focus and determination were outstanding, and she consistently looked to place her shots with precision and confidence. 👏⚽

Well done to all four players for their hard work, positive attitudes and willingness to learn. Keep up the great work! 💪⚽

⚽️ 1-to-1 Session Highlights – Pixie & Kate ⚽️

First up: Pixie 👏
Another brilliant session today! We kicked things off with Speed, Agility & Quickness (SAQ) work, focusing on quick feet, acceleration and sharp changes of direction. We then moved into first-touch and passing drills, working on receiving the ball cleanly and improving passing accuracy under pressure. To finish, Pixie put everything together in a shooting drill, showing great technique and confidence in front of goal. Fantastic effort and attitude throughout! 💪⚽️

Next up: Kate 👏
Kate followed with a strong session, starting with SAQ exercises to develop speed, balance and coordination. We then focused on first touches and passing accuracy, encouraging quick control and precise distribution. The session ended with a shooting drill, where Kate worked on composure and striking technique. Great focus, energy and determination from start to finish! 🔥⚽️

Both players worked incredibly hard today and showed excellent progress across all areas of the session. Keep up the great work, girls! 🌟⚽️
