The good news is that tomorrow is looking a little cooler than the recent heat, making it the perfect evening to get active, meet new people, and enjoy some social touch rugby.

Whether you're a seasoned player or have never picked up a rugby ball before, everyone aged 12+ is welcome. It's all about having fun, getting moving, and enjoying some friendly competition in a relaxed environment.

The Derby Touch Club ladies were helping out the Newbold Eagles at their Midlands Ladies Touch League tournament, alongside our head coach, Graham. Great teamwork, brilliant atmosphere, and fantastic to see everyone coming together to make the day a success!

Huge thanks to everyone who’s joined Derby Touch over the last few weeks — our numbers have grown and the sessions have been brilliant. More players means more realistic gameplay scenarios, competitive (and fun) mini-games, and a proper buzz on the pitch every Wednesday night.

Whether you’re brand new to touch or returning after a break, we’ve got drills and game formats that suit all levels. Coaches focus on skills, teamwork, and plenty of match-play so you’ll get stuck into the action from the first session.

Training: Wednesdays 7–9pm at Derby Rugby Club

Come down, bring a mate, and be part of the momentum — everyone’s welcome. Message the page for any questions or just turn up and join in.
