Our summer traing officially begins this evening at 7pm, windsor crescent, DE7 4HD 📍

With old players returning and a few moving on, we are holding open training sessions for women and girls 16+ to come down and see if we could be the team for you!

We currently play in the Derbyshire Girls And Ladies League Div 2, playing competitive but friendly football week in, week out. We focus on a friendly, enjoyable environment but remain focused on structure and creating chemistry within the team to build on how we play 🙌🏻

We are excited to get back to playing the game we love and begin our training after a few weeks off following a season full of hard work and determination 💪🏻

After Sunday’s epic finish to our season, the following “Player(s) of the Match” go to:

“Lilly - Calm as always in the middle of the park and controlled the tempo of our game and kept possession when we needed it the most.

Summer - Absolutely worked your socks off today and caused a number of mistakes from pressure throughout the game and finished with a well deserved goal.

NO BETTER WAY TO END!!😆

Yesterday saw us play our last game of the season at home against Belper Town Ladies Development and maybe it was something in the air, but what a day and what a way to finish our season!😮‍💨

History with Belper has shown that we tend to take a game each - with both teams always showcasing good quality football and determination and it is always a toe to toe match up. But something was different this time - it was a must win for us and we fought hard for it.

Although we had to win, we went into the game relatively relaxed and positive. We knew we had to find a convincing result somewhere and we did exactly that!
The game may not have been our most prime performance, however we had our moments of dominance and it was the positivity throughout the team and converting every chance we got which gave us our well earned victory.

From through-balls to clean strikes to set-pieces…we presented goals in different ways and from multiple players which shows the depth of the squad. And it was an entire team performance to make that happen.

Credit to Belper for battling with us for the full 90! It is never an easy simple game against them and our fixtures together always promise to be competitive - they always make us work hard!😅A great team to end our season with.🤝
