This moment comes up with every client of mine when we delve into how she feels and what she really wants when she’s eating or opening the wine.

This client would sit in her bed every night wating chocolate and hated that she couldn’t stop.

I asked her what she really wanted every night she went to bed and her reply hit me right in the chest because this was me back in 2020.

“I want him to act like he cares”

“To spend some time with me”

“Cuddle me”

No one had ever asked her what she felt or needed.

The therapy is part of my Coaching because it’s what makes the biggest difference.

Maybe it’s not the food or workouts you’re struggling with.

The way you speak about your body is something I want you to think about.

I’ve said it.

You say.

We’ve been taught to see every part of us as a flaw.

Yet you would never say anything like it to someone you love or care about.

How you see your body, the things you say about it and and how you feel are all because of something unattainable.

The edited photos you grew up looking at in catalogues and magazines.

The supermodels and princess Di being criticised for having cellulite or just existing in clothes they felt comfortable in.

The partner who didn’t go near you or commented about your food choices.

All of it made you feel shame.

Ashamed to exist in your body.

Until you start breaking down those beliefs and become confident in all your body does for you and is capable of, no calorie deficit in the world will be enough for you to love what you see.

The Reset is where we do the work.

The best weight loss tips are often hidden in plain site 👀

Deez nuts represent the calories you need and eat…

So many of you have reduced calories that your body now needs less (homestasis/lower metabolic rate)

Some of you restrict calories all week then over do it at the weekend

Fat = calories your body doesn’t need to use

Some of you are eating because of how you feel, to ‘reward’ yourself and just because you can/it’s there.

Calories matter and so does fueling your body to help you do what you want.

Same is true for how you feel 🫶

Let me know in the comments what you struggle with the most when it comes to fat loss

The advice you’re following is created to keep you stuck. It’s why the diet industry is worth over $33 billion!

Most coaches will just gives you a plan to deal with the calories and workouts then blame you when you can’t stick to it.

They all ignore how you feel, why you eat when you’re not hungry and why you punish yourself when the scales don’t move.

There’s not a diet out there that will deal with that.

That’s what I do inside the Reset.

Comment RESET and I’ll share the details

Please tell me I’m not the only one who sees these coaches ‘sharing what they eat in a day’ preaching they’re lifting/building muscle on 1600 calories a day?

You can’t be a fitness professional, lift weights 3-5 days a week, tell women they need to fuel their body, and then post a “what I eat in a day/what 1600 calories looks like” as if it’s something women should follow.

That’s an ED! and you’re wondering why you never look like you lift?

You’re eating like a fckn child when women need a calorie surplus to build muscle.

Not a deficit to tone up! A surplus.

That means 100 to 500 calories more than what your body needs just to exist.

Not 1600 calories while you’re lifting heavy and running around telling other women to do the same.

You know what happens when you undereat like that?

Fatigue.
Hair loss.
Hormonal chaos.
And zero muscle growth.

But these coaches keep posting their “what I eat in a day” posts like it’s helpful.

It’s not. It’s fckn harmful.

And it makes women feel like they’re the problem when they can’t get the same results.

You’re not the problem.

Their advice is.

If a coach is eating 1600 calories, strength training and saying they’re building muscle, they shouldn’t be coaching anyone!

They should be figuring out their own s**t first.

I’m done watching women get s**t advice from people who don’t even understand their own bodies.

We can do better than this!
