Join our 6-Week Beginner Pilates Course at SKA Studio, Hardegreen Industrial Estate and learn the fundamentals of Pilates in a friendly, supportive environment.

People often ask me, “Why don’t you teach reformer Pilates?”

Truthfully… sometimes less is more.

I think reformer Pilates can be incredible — for strength, rehab, control… all of it. ✨

But for me, Pilates was never about the machine or the trends. It was about what movement gave me during a season when I really needed it.

One common misconception is that reformer is “harder,” when classical mat Pilates can actually be more demanding.

Mat Pilates requires:✨ More core control✨ Better balance✨ Greater body awareness✨ Stronger coordination

Pilates is a METHOD. It teaches your body to move the way it was meant to move — with strength, grace, and ease.

If you can master working with your own body weight, you can take on almost any other challenge afterwards.

Trust me, there’s no need for machines or distractions. All you truly need is a mat and your body.

It’s about making your own body the machine that carries you through life. 🤍

Are you surviving or thriving?

Do you find yourself too busy to look after your wellbeing?

Have the aches and pains started creeping in, yet you keep pushing through, thinking things will get better “when life calms down”?

I understand — I’ve been through survival mode myself.
When life feels heavy, fitting exercise into your day can seem impossible, let alone training hard. So many women settle for constant back pain, neck tension, low energy, and stiffness, until it slowly becomes their “normal.” And still, they keep going.

But your body was never meant to just cope.

Pilates is low impact, yet incredibly powerful. It helps you build strength, improve mobility, and prevent many of the aches and pains caused by stress, poor posture, and inactivity.

And if those aches and pains are already there, Pilates can help restore muscular balance, improve alignment, and reconnect you with your body again.
