Another week coaching the Cov United teams across different age groups. Last night Brad took the U10s as seen above and Archie took the U11s. We’ve had some great feedback and have really enjoyed working with the boys over the last month⚽️🙌

We’ve been working with Ava for a month now and we identified in our Player Development Plan (PDP) a need to focus on receiving the ball, scanning, driving into space and effective communication.

We use a clear explanation of our expectations, demonstrations, vocal instruction, positive and constructive feedback along with each drill to achieve these goals!

Ava has came on leaps and bounds and we love working with her and seeing her progress⚽️🙌

We took a session for Coventry United’s U11s this evening, working on Ball Mastery, offensive and defensive overloads and passing patterns. Really enjoyed this one and the boys were on fire⚽️🔥
