Hi, I'm Victoria, a qualified positive psychology life coach and I help women who want to regain control of their lives, to think feel and live differently. Most of us have at some point in our lives experienced being 'stuck' with no idea of how to become unstuck, or move forward to create a life that we want to live. Working with me will improve your confidence and release self-doubt
to enable you to transform your life. We will explore together what is holding you back and why and then we will take some serious action to refocus, power up your potential and get things done! There are many aspects of health and well-being that I can support you with, through one of my three bespoke coaching programmes. Working with me will be all about supporting you to gain clarity around your goals and giving you the correct tools to work towards achieving them. I will work with you to move forward, to flourish and create the life you want. Life coaching with me is transformational and life-changing if you want it to be. Coaching can help you to flourish and grow in all aspects of your life and it can help you move on from some tough life challenges. My approach is calm, kind and honest, putting you at the centre of the session and enabling you to get things done. I work with you in a person-centred way, tailoring coaching sessions to best fit each individual's wishes for coaching. Sessions can be held face to face where possible, indoors or outdoors, or via video conferencing such as Zoom. My sessions can be creative but this is your session so if that's not for you then that's ok too. You will leave each session with a clear goal plan and you can take that plan away and work on the steps. What can I help you with? I specialise in coaching women, to help them regain control of their lives, by thinking, feeling and living differently. Below are some of the most common issues that I help my clients with:
• The six pillars of health- Sleep, nutrition, movement, clear focus, connection, rest and relaxation
• Mindset- What is holding you back? Do you self-sabotage? How do you overcome self-doubt and turn that self-doubt into self-belief
• Stress and anxiety- how to recognise the signs and what to do to about them.
• Confidence-improve self-esteem, learn to be assertive, feel in control, be focused, manage time effectively, increase motivation and productivity
• Career- Are you aiming for promotion or do you want to quit your 9-5 and start your own business? You might not know what you want and that's ok too, we can explore options together.
• Blocks to success- there are many things that may hold you back from change, such as: perimenopause/menopause, empty nest syndrome, relationship issues, lack of independence, self-doubt,
