Such a great experience to be in the cockpit of a plane

Managed to resist the urge to press all the random buttons 😂

After landing in Wolverhampton from Wellesbourne the switch for the fuel pump got knocked and broken, keeping the fuel pump on

So we had to sit and wait for Mike to arrive with another plane that we could take back whilst he took the first one

Thank god we weren’t stranded in Wolverhampton and told to make our own way home

Most men have no idea if the food they’re eating is actually high in protein

Here’s a trick that takes 3 seconds

Look at the calories per 100g - drop the last digit. That’s your target protein number

540 calories per 100g? You need 54g of protein or more to make it a quality source

Most “high protein” foods don’t pass that test

Now you’ll know in seconds whether something is worth eating or not
