Moving with intention ✨

Before the Summer Solstice arrives next week, I’m taking some time to slow down and ask myself:

How do I want to move through this next season of life?

Not just on the mat, but in my work, my relationships, and in the way I speak to myself.
And you know what? Sometimes it’s hard, there’s a lot of noise. But I keep showing up and returning to my intention.

I truly believe that when we move with intention, it brings us back to who we are and who we want to become. 💃

This week’s practices have been an invitation to move, breathe, and be with your intention. To listen and reconnect with what matters most.

I’m so grateful for every person who joins me on the mat. Seeing you show up each week is pretty special, getting to know you and see things unfold is my fav thing.

This week in class we explored surrender and trust.

Letting go of needing everything to be perfect, figured out, productive, or held together all the time.

On the mat, we invited in Ishvara Pranidhana, surrendering into the practice, surrendering to what is, and meeting ourselves honestly as we arrived each day.

From chatting to many of you this week, there seems to be a heavier, more tired energy around right now. I’ve been feeling it too.
And when we step onto the mat feeling these energies, that is yoga 🧘‍♀️

We do not need to arrive perfectly regulated, full of love & light and all that jazz.

Sometimes the practice is simply arriving as we are.
Tired. Emotional. Flat. Heavy. Hopeful. Messy. Human.

As we move towards the New Moon in Ta**us this weekend, keep it simple.

Ground yourself.
Feet on the earth.
Deep breaths.
Good food.
Rest where you can.
Do what feels nourishing for you.

Last week we let go and this week we find the balance.

Steady and soft.
Strong and easeful.

Not death-gripping everything 🙃
and not flopping into a puddle either.

We’re finding that sweet spot
where you feel held, supported and a bit spacious.

A little strength, a little softness,
a little mmhmm this feels good in my body.

Our focus for this week in class 🌕

As we move towards the Scorpio Full Moon this week, we soften our grip.

Instead of holding on or trying to control what’s coming up, we practice non grasping.
The art of letting go.

In this week’s classes we’ll explore creating space in the body and mind, releasing what feels heavy, and gently allowing things to move through.

Not forcing a release, just softening into it.
Breath by breath. Movement by movement.

If you’re feeling full or like something needs to shift, this is your space.

Spaces available Wednesday 7am and 7.45pm (Arcadia) Thursday is full and space available Friday morning (Portstewart) 09.30-10.30 🧘‍♀️

Why do we do yoga?

There are lots of reasons, but after a great conversation with a friend I thought here’s one you’ll hear a lot:

“It regulates your nervous system.”

Mmm… yes, but also no.

We don’t need a perfectly “regulated” nervous system.
It’s just another wellness trend and another box you do not have to tick.

You don’t need to be calm, grounded and have your s**t together 24/7.

We are allowed to feel it all.



Some days you’re peaceful.
Some days you’re anxious.
Some days you’re overwhelmed or pi**ed off.

That’s not failure or an “un regulated nervous system” That’s being human. And real yoga.



Yoga won’t fix you.

But it will give you a space to:
🌕land in your body
🧘‍♀️breathe when it’s a bit much
🪩move when you feel stuck
🌸rest when you’re exhausted



No pressure. No perfection.

Just come as you are.

Hello hello, I hope your Sunday has been bright and slow.

I’m so excited to introduce my new monthly theme series for classes 🔥

This is new for me and each month we are going to be working with a new theme and fully exploring a mini series. This feels incredibly exciting for me and I’m so buzzing to bring this into classes.

Starting this week 🙏

Let me introduce you to the very first 🤩

FROM THE FIRE, WE RISE 🔥

February brings a new four-week yoga series a slow, intentional journey into heart opening.

This isn’t about throwing yourself into deep backbends.
It’s about creating safety first, then gently building strength, trust, and openness from the inside out.

Over four weeks we’ll:
✨ work with the nervous system to feel grounded and supported
✨ progressively build extension and back-body strength
✨ explore heart opening as an embodied, spacious experience
✨ return again and again to choice, breath, and presence

Each class will evolve, week by week familiar enough to feel safe in the body and layered enough to feel alive.

This series is for you if:
🤍 you want to open your heart without force
🤍 you crave depth without overwhelm
🤍 you want your yoga to feel intelligent, nourishing, and real

Come as you are.
We rise slowly.
Together.
