Antonio has been one of the most consistent members over the years and is a perfect example of what happens when you keep showing up and putting in the work week after week 👊🏼

He’s lost a tremendous amount of weight through hard work, commitment and consistency and it’s been amazing to watch his journey and progress over time.

Always works hard in sessions, always gets stuck in and is one of the friendliest members of the community too. An absolute pleasure to have at sessions and of course… our favourite Italian 🇮🇹😂

Last month we hosted a charity bootcamp in aid of Mind and Muscular Dystrophy UK and what a morning it was 🔥

80+ people showed up. The atmosphere was electric! Everyone pushed hard and gave everything for two incredible causes.

Together we raised over £800.

That’s what this community is about.

Showing up, giving back and proving that fitness can do so much more than change your body
