An interesting warm up consisting of 30 seconds of any random exercise shouted out by you guys (except Conny’s calf raises 🙄🤣) and a bit of Salsa, while we sorted Christina”s app and membership! Following that it was down to business with a functional kit circuit with a couple of nice little core sets and some partner pull ups and resisted sprints thrown in!💪🏻🔥 Dave was being a bit disruptive at times but you all got it done in the end!🤔🤣💪🏻 Well done team, good effort tonight!

Wednesday night

Solid effort from these three tonight!

Started with some running drills, a kettlebell circuit and a heart rate raiser. We finished by letting the cards determine our workout ♠️❤️♣️♦️ competing to do the most reps. I don’t think Eddy and Kim appreciated the joker 😂

Thursday night

A run out tonight 🏃‍♀️ with plenty of stop offs for sprints, core, hiit and hill work for a full body workout.

Great teamwork in supporting each other and helping get the tyre and equipment round.

Everyone dug deep tonight - amazing effort all round! 💪 even Gemma and Kat behaved themselves 😂

Well deserved rest this evening and lots of water to rehydrate. It may have looked gloomy but it was a hot and sweaty one 😅

A chilly breeze in the air tonight so we kept warm with some boxing sets, sprints, KB sets and loaded carries!💪🏻🔥 Packed a lot in there tonight and I think my new “Dice of Doom” went down well in the warm up?!🤔🤣 Good effort from all 3 of you tonight! Well done!
