This class is designed to help you feel confident with movement, improve your strength & ease into mobility and stretching. Whether you’ve never exercised before, you’re returning after time away or you’re an expert in the gym - this class is suited to you ♥️

Something I preach with every client is consistency with the basics ✨

I’ve worked with coaches & PT’s in the past who are phenomenal but the first thing they want to do is throw a fancy new workout or meal plan at you - & it works… for a week, but it doesn’t fit you or your life & you don’t get results

Instead if you have a fitness goal or you simply just want to feel healthier and happier

Commit to the basics

Walking outside, prioritising protein, fruit, veg & fibre in every meal, ticking off your workouts, drinking water, sleep!!!

It can sound so tedious & boring when you map it out but the reason people don’t do the basics & jump to the newest thing is because the basics ARE boring

But the boring s**t is what is going to get you results

I’ve had clients hit weight loss goals from simply adding an extra 2K steps into their day

I’ve had clients double their strength on moves just from ticking 3 home workouts off a week

I’ve had clients improve their PCOS symptoms just from tiny tweaks in their diets

I’ve had clients finally get pregnant just from focusing on the basics

You don’t need the new workout craze or a insane meal plan

You need consistency, a basic plan & someone there in your corner ♥️
