Froglands Stud Farm is based in the beautiful Worcestershire countryside. It is a purpose built racing yard constructed from a derelict farm. Sitting in the picturesque village of Cleeve Prior it is set in 150 acres and situated close to all of the Midlands Racecourses including Stratford, Warwick, Worcester and Cheltenham. rd. Team Dyson are committed to training of both Flat and National Hunt Racehorses. The facilities at Froglands are second to none. There is an equine water treadmill, Canter ring, Lunging pen, equine massage equipment, Zamar heat treatment, Equine Solarium and Claydon Horse walker to name but a few. The farm also boasts a carpet 5 1/2 furlong uphill gallop and both flat and uphill grass gallops amongst its acreage. From flat horses through stalls to national hunt horses jumping steeplechase fences and rehabilitation of the injured. Individual treatment and attention to detail is guaranteed at Froglands. Cheat The Cheater hit the headlines when winning at Warwick and becoming Jockey Richard Johnsons 200 winner for the season to the delight of The Pink Fizz Fillies.

Reminder on Hound Exercise turnout.....

Turnout is very important as it shows respect to our Landowners and the people that have organised / hosted the meet.

Rider:

Normal dress for hound exercise (or for children throughout the season) is light coloured breeches / jodhpurs tweed jacket, shirt and tie, or tweed stock

Normal dress for the rest of the season is a black or navy jacket for adults and light coloured breeches with a white / cream stock.

Hats - black or navy hard hat, or a skull cap with black or navy silk.

Gloves - black, brown or dark colour

Breeches / jodhpurs - buff, fawn, cream.

Boots - plain black boots

Spurs (if needed).

Body protectors can be worn either inside or over the top of your jacket. Please ensure that it is clean and well fitting.

For safety and smartness, ladies please tie back long hair and use a hairnet.

Horse:

Your horse should be clean and tidy. Most people will plait their horses' manes if they are not hogged. No need to plait for hound exercise

All tack should be correctly fitted, clean and plain black or brown. This includes numnahs, boots and brow bands - no "bling" or bright colours please!
Stirrups should be black or metal
