Sometimes we win, sometimes we learn. Today was a learning day for Josh. He won his first round, then lost in the quarter final. He was giving away a lot of height after being moved up a category, and still did brilliant one fight away from a medal.

After winning three fights, Lily lost her final with a warning in the very last second, losing out to a black belt who had to be moved down as she had no others her size to fight.
Massive achievement at one of Europe’s biggest tournaments. Well done Lily!
