โจ A productive few days at our local tracks! โจ
Weโve enjoyed some fantastic performances over the last few days, topped off by TOO MUCH TREVOR finally shedding his maiden tag and getting his well-deserved first victory! ๐๐
Friday at ๐
๐ SAVANNAH SMILES returned to form with a much-improved performance, staying on strongly to finish a brilliant 2nd. ๐ฅ
๐ SYMBOL OF HOPE ran his heart out, making much of the running. He led for a long way before being headed close to home and bravely held on for 3rd. ๐ฅ We were delighted to welcome him back to the yard and even more pleased to see him showing so much enthusiasm and ability on his return.
๐ SISTERS IN THE SKY finished with a real flourish, making up significant ground in the closing stages to claim 4th, beaten only a short head for third ๐
Saturday at ๐
๐ SO SMART ran another cracking race in the Michael Maine Memorial Cup Handicap (5f), finishing a very respectable 4th.
๐ MACARONE finished 8th. Weโre still learning about him and will ride him differently next time.
๐ CONNIES ROSE unfortunately had the blind stuck when she jumped out the stalls and didnโt enjoy the ground.
๐ A ROSE AADAY ran a lovely race, producing a strong late challenge to finish a good 3rd. ๐ฅ
๐ TOO MUCH TREVOR saved the best until last, winning the penultimate race of the evening! After a series of consistent efforts, he finally got his head in front. Olivia Tubb gave him a patient and perfectly judged ride. It was fantastic to see both horse and jockey rewarded with a deserved victory! ๐๐๐ฅ
