✨ A productive few days at our local tracks! ✨
We’ve enjoyed some fantastic performances over the last few days, topped off by TOO MUCH TREVOR finally shedding his maiden tag and getting his well-deserved first victory! 🏆🏇
Friday at 🛁
🌟 SAVANNAH SMILES returned to form with a much-improved performance, staying on strongly to finish a brilliant 2nd. 🥈
🌟 SYMBOL OF HOPE ran his heart out, making much of the running. He led for a long way before being headed close to home and bravely held on for 3rd. 🥉 We were delighted to welcome him back to the yard and even more pleased to see him showing so much enthusiasm and ability on his return.
🌟 SISTERS IN THE SKY finished with a real flourish, making up significant ground in the closing stages to claim 4th, beaten only a short head for third 👏
Saturday at 🏇
🌟 SO SMART ran another cracking race in the Michael Maine Memorial Cup Handicap (5f), finishing a very respectable 4th.
🌟 MACARONE finished 8th. We’re still learning about him and will ride him differently next time.
🌟 CONNIES ROSE unfortunately had the blind stuck when she jumped out the stalls and didn’t enjoy the ground.
🌟 A ROSE AADAY ran a lovely race, producing a strong late challenge to finish a good 3rd. 🥉
🏆 TOO MUCH TREVOR saved the best until last, winning the penultimate race of the evening! After a series of consistent efforts, he finally got his head in front. Olivia Tubb gave him a patient and perfectly judged ride. It was fantastic to see both horse and jockey rewarded with a deserved victory! 🎉🏇🥇
