Join us for some summer fun at our annual bring a thing BBQ.
Black rock picnic site has a carpark, benches, BBQ's and a large grassy area to run around on.
Bring a sandwich or a giant pack of burgers (or a veggie or vegan alternative) and spend a fun afternoon.
This is a free event, but it would be good to get an idea of numbers, so either please speak to your instructor in class, or comment here to confirm your place.

Wednesday’s kids classes are changing this week due to starting a new job.
There will be no mini-samurai class on Wednesdays until further notice.
The Samurai kids will start at the later time of 6pm.

What do you do with a group of hyperactive 4-6yr olds?
For us in the mini-samurai class we do movement drills, stretching, animal races, and all sorts of other fun things so the students can learn to use their bodies.
The classes are designed to enhance understanding of:
Balance
Coordination
Movement
Flexibility

All this is done at our full-time, fully equipped martial arts academy that has been part of the community for over a decade.

This morning we did some 1-2-1 work with the little guys. Sam did an excellent job.
Building the skills of self-discipline, confidence, and a great work ethic early will benefit your kids for the rest of their lives in ways we can't even imagine yet.
