Another block of Pilates finished, and this month we've been using the Magic Circle. It's designed to enhance muscle activation, aiding in improved posture, stability and toning. We've been targeting the core, inner and outer thighs, glutes, chest, back and arms. Thank you once again to all participants and I look forward to seeing you all again next week. xx

Another block of Pilates completed and, although I say it myself, this has been one of my favourite routines, especially this exercise, the Happy Baby pose. This exercise aims to stretch the inner thighs, hamstrings and groin and release the hips and back.

This type of pose may have many benefits, including: better mobility, improved balance, decreased levels of stress, opens inner thighs, hips and groin, and realigns and stretches the spine.

Thank you to everyone for your continued support. Looking forward to seeing you all again at the next block of classes which starts on 7th April.
