Quick update on this week’s sessions.
Wednesday:
✅ 18:00 – ON
✅ 19:00 – ON
Thursday:
✅ 06:00 – ON
✅ 07:00 – ON
❌ Thursday 12:00, 18:00 & 19:00 – CANCELLED
Friday: Back to normal – all sessions on
Saturday: Big one – Super Saturday 8:00am
☀️ A NOTE ON PREPARING FOR THE HEAT
If you’re training in this weather, preparation is key:
✅ Hydrate well before your session – start drinking water 1-2 hours before you arrive
✅ Consider electrolytes – you’re losing more than just water when you sweat
✅ Arrive ready – don’t rely on the gym to catch you up on fluids
✅ Listen to your body – if you feel dizzy or nauseous, take a break
✅ Book in advance – sessions are filling up fast
We want you training hard AND training safe. If you were booked onto any of the cancelled sessions, your credits will be returned to your account.
