Guys… it’s warm.
We know it’s warm.
The gym unit is essentially a large metal air fryer.

We’ve put the big fans out for your convenience…
although they’re mainly just blowing hot air into your eye balls.

So before you overheat and end up starfished on the floor halfway through lunges, here’s a few tips:

💧 Drink water before training.
A White Monster and enthusiasm isn’t good enough.

🧂 Get some electrolytes in.
If your sweat tastes like the ocean, it’s probably time.

👕 Wear sensible kit.
This isn’t the day for an all-black hoodie and joggers combo.

🏃 Don’t be a hero.
It’s 30 degrees. Nobody cares if you shave 4 seconds off your SkiErg split.

🥵 Feeling dizzy? Sit down.
No shame in a tactical floor lie-down.

💨 And yes, you’re allowed to stand directly in front of the fan between sets.
That’s basically become its full-time job.

Miles placed 1st in the Tour of Pembs 65miler! This guy is a machine!
uk went to Romania to fight a vampire, punch a black bear, trek through snow, almost fall to his death, drink a couple of beers and got in a 50k ultra for the fun of it.

Zoe and her small smashing the Pembrokeshire 25miler, she really is bringing her kids up to be strong and healthy! Super mum!

took on the Swansea triathlon and kicked its ass!
ved and teamed up again for another Hyrox doubles 🇩🇪

tackled Pen Y Fan 10 times in a row! That’s the height of Mount Everest in a single session!

Here are a few recent wins from our members!
uk hitting a trail half marathon
with another 1st place win at the Wild Deer event
took on her first sprint triathlon in prep for a half Ironman!
tackled the Bristol 10km
made easy work of the Caerphilly 10km
also looking strong in the Caerphilly 10km
and her family hopped on their bikes for the Glorious Gravel event
is no stranger to a race! Marathons - Hyrox - Wild Hybrid crossland & team up once again! Another dynamic duo no stranger to hard work!
