✨ WEDNESDAY WIN ✨

A win and a winner! 🏆

This week we’re celebrating the incredible Emma, who not only smashed our Spring Shred challenge with over 100,000 steps in a week 👣💪 but has completely transformed her relationship with food, fitness, and herself.

And can we talk about that back shot?!
🔥 The muscle definition, the strength, the shape she’s built—what a difference!

Emma came to us after years of yo-yo dieting and chasing the scales. Like so many women, she’d seen success before, but it was not sustainable and despite being on a tiny amount of calories, the scales were not moving!

The difference at Sweatfiit? ❤️
Instead of restrictive dieting, we got Emma to focus on building sustainable habits. Prioritising protein, lifting heavy weights, and—perhaps most importantly—eating enough to fuel her body.

The result? An incredible 9.8% reduction in body fat, over 6kg lost and a stronger, more toned physique, improved energy levels, and a much healthier mindset around food.

No cutting out food groups. No surviving on the bare minimum. No quick fixes.
Just learning how to fuel her body properly and trust the process. 💪

And honestly, how else do you have the energy to walk 100,000 steps in a week?! 😅

Watching her confidence grow as well as those ripped muscles has been amazing.

🎉 SWEATFIIT IS 7 TODAY! 🎉

SEVEN. WHO GAVE US PERMISSION TO GROW UP SO FAST?! 😭😂

What started as a dream from our founder Sarah has grown into an incredible community of women supporting women, lifting each other up, finding confidence, building strength, and proving every day that we’re capable of more than we think. 💪✨

Over the last 7 years we’ve sweated together, laughed together, celebrated wins big and small, and created friendships that go way beyond the gym floor. And honestly? We couldn’t be prouder of what this community has become. ❤️

To every person who has ever joined a class, brought a friend, cheered someone on, or been part of the SWEATFIIT story—thank you. You are what makes this place so special.

And because one birthday post simply isn’t enough... we’re going to be talking about turning 7 for quite some time yet. 😏🎈

Meet Sophie! Our waitlisted Hot Pilates dancing queen.💃 You have to book in advance to get into class with this twinkle toes!

Creative, encouraging and dynamic, she brings a mix of slow, controlled fundamentals and spicy, strong sequences to her flow-focused classes.

Expect pulse moves (always to the beat like the dance pro she is), props galore, and her favourite mini ball in action - esp on mini ball Monday!🏀

Evening classes are her sweet spot, and playlists full of millennial hits to keep the energy high.

Sophie loves building stamina, challenging balance and testing focus while helping students surprise themselves with what they can achieve.

Outside of teaching, she’s a homebody who loves wining and dining which leads to a lot of dancing and making memories on beach holidays with her family.

Fun fact: she has sky dived in New Zealand and has vowed to never do it again!
