A win and a winner! 🏆
This week we’re celebrating the incredible Emma, who not only smashed our Spring Shred challenge with over 100,000 steps in a week 👣💪 but has completely transformed her relationship with food, fitness, and herself.
And can we talk about that back shot?!
🔥 The muscle definition, the strength, the shape she’s built—what a difference!
Emma came to us after years of yo-yo dieting and chasing the scales. Like so many women, she’d seen success before, but it was not sustainable and despite being on a tiny amount of calories, the scales were not moving!

Instead of restrictive dieting, we got Emma to focus on building sustainable habits. Prioritising protein, lifting heavy weights, and—perhaps most importantly—eating enough to fuel her body.
The result? An incredible 9.8% reduction in body fat, over 6kg lost and a stronger, more toned physique, improved energy levels, and a much healthier mindset around food.
No cutting out food groups. No surviving on the bare minimum. No quick fixes.
Just learning how to fuel her body properly and trust the process. 💪
And honestly, how else do you have the energy to walk 100,000 steps in a week?! 😅
Watching her confidence grow as well as those ripped muscles has been amazing.
