🎄 Christmas Raffle 2026 🎄

Following the fantastic success of last year's Christmas Raffle, we are delighted to be holding another Christmas Raffle across our clubs this year!

This year, we are hoping to raise funds for both our club and
The MASE (Monthly Alzheimer's Support Evening) (Charity No. 1137193) group based in Cannock who meets on the first Monday of every month from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at St Luke's Church Hall. This unfunded local charity offers a safe, welcoming space with refreshments, peer support, and advice for people with dementia, their families, and carers.

We are kindly asking for donations for our Christmas Raffle. Any contribution, big or small, would be greatly appreciated. Suggested donations include:

- Chocolates
- Biscuits
- Sweets
- Non-perishable food items
- Toiletries and gift sets
- Alcohol
- Gadgets
- Gift vouchers
- Experiences
- Or any other suitable raffle prizes

Please bring any donations to the club so that we can create some fantastic Christmas hampers and prizes.
Or if you know any local businesses please feel free to ask them. (Laura has a letter should you wish to have one to pass on to a company)

🌟 Good Luck to Our Future Instructors! ⭐️

We would like to wish Junior Black Belts Freya and Amelia, along with Senior Student Samantha, the very best of luck as they begin the next stage of their martial arts journey.

All three have shown a genuine passion for teaching and have spent considerable time supporting our CEOs and senior instructors within classes.

⭐️In recognition of their hard work and dedication, we are delighted to put them forward for the following qualifications with UKCK and the British Martial Arts & Boxing Association (BMABA BMABA CIC ):

🥋 Freya – Bronze, Silver and Gold Cadet Pathway in both Karate and Kickboxing
🥊 Amelia – Bronze, Silver and Gold Cadet Pathway in Kickboxing
👊 Samantha – Instructor Award Kickboxing

The UKCK & BMABA Instructor/Cadet Training Pathway is a structured development programme designed to take assistant instructors and young cadets from supervised support roles through to recognised, qualified instructor status.
Throughout this journey, they will work under the guidance of our experienced Lead Training Instructor and CEO, Laura, with the continued support of the UKCK CEO team.

Upon successful completion, they will achieve a nationally recognised, defensible standard and officially become part of the UKCK Teaching Team.

We have also had other black belts begin to show an interest who will hopefully begin their training shortly.

During their training, Freya, Amelia and Samantha will be taking parts and full classes, offering guidance, and assisting members during sessions as part of their development.
We kindly ask all our members and families to encourage and support them as they grow into their new roles, just as they have supported our club over the years.
