Before vs After! 🏃‍♂️

Yesterday we took part in

We love the mud runs as they are a great test of fitness and show our members how far they have progressed in a fun 'slightly' muddy way.

And it was a great event but we are also so proud of everyone that took part as they absolutely smashed it!
