So I posted earlier about locating people that were not in anyway following gym etiquette.
Of course everyone says off with their heads and my knee jerk reaction is a lot worse!
However…………..
Today I got in to contact with the help of others and parents contacting me and I’m super happy to say that all was discussed, those that had not been paying paid the money in areas, agreed with me the rules although they knew what they were doing wasn’t cool and also I get that we were all young once!
I’m told time and time again, ban this, ban that or stop jnrs coming in and some of the adults but I have to believe that everyone will get it once I’ve spoke to them face to face on why everyone has to pay and despite your problems diagnosed or u diagnosed if you want to use these facilities you need to learn how to behave!
I’m holding on to the idea that Maximus Jim Frimley can stay untouched by today’s odd thinking, entitlement behavior? that manners don’t cost a thing even it makes you nervous saying hello! If you don’t try you will never progress!
This gym is the friendliest most welcoming gym ever! The atmosphere is unique! I get the reputation and stigma attached to the gym and partly that was my fault when I was a young man. This means I won’t turn my back on people that may need just a bit of guidance on how to behave and understand that turning the lights on and using my bog roll costs money!
I get so many get special treatment everywhere they go but not here!

The amount of jnrs I’ve clipped round the ear when being pricks that have turned into very successful and driven men still train here and are grateful that someone gave them a shot of reality! Maybe not at the time but later on they do!
This is more than just a gym! ❤️🏋️♂️
