We’re kicking off a new training block at Resolute, designed by coach

Over the next few weeks we’re building strength, refining skills and getting in some serious engine work. Here’s what we’re focusing on:

šŸ’„ Cleans, overhead press and strict pull-ups
šŸ”„ Unilateral lower body strength (hello split squats šŸ‘€)

We don’t outsource our programming because we believe the best results (and the best experience) come from a team that knows their members, understands their goals and is right there on the gym floor to help them get there.
