Caerphilly Boxing Club is located in Station Terrace CF83 1HD Caerphilly town centre next to the bus

At Caerphilly Boxing Club we provide an enjoyable, hard working environment where people work alongside each other to better themselves both physically and mentally. We take anyone who is interested regardless of age but the recommend youngest age is 8-9 but younger children are welcome if they show a keen interest to the sport. No previous experience is necessary we will tech you from the start.

Boxing is a fantastic sport to improve fitness, agility discipline and confidence. Contrary to popular belief, boxing is a very safe sport and Injuries are quite uncommon. Training
Monday Kids 5-6
Adults 6:15-7:30pm

Tuesday Kids 5-6
Adults 6:15-7:30pm

Wednesday: Kids 5-6
Adults 6:15-7:30pm

Thursday: Kids 5-6
Adults 6:15-7:30pm

Equipment: No equipment is needed at the start. As you progress you might want to purchase your own hand wraps and mouth guard if you want to spar and suggest you purchase your own gloves, but this is optional.

Out with young Noel last night at the Myndd Kenfig show. Unfortunately, he didn’t get the decision, but what a cracking bout it was. Both boys showed tremendous skill, heart, and sportsmanship, especially at such a young age.

The future is bright for both lads. Massive well done to them both, their clubs should be very proud of the performance they put on. 🥊👏

What an incredible night of sparring from everyone involved! A huge thank you once again to AB Boxing Academy and Fitness ABC for coming down and helping create such a fantastic atmosphere.

Also, a tremendous effort from everyone in our boxing class. I’m especially impressed with the new starters who have joined the club, the talent, determination, and potential on display were outstanding, and they’re undoubtedly the next generation of boxers coming through.

Massive congratulations to everyone, and thank you for your hard work, dedication, and commitment. Keep pushing forward, the future is looking very bright!

It was an absolute pleasure to present young Duffy with his award tonight. A truly proud moment celebrating him becoming the first boxer from Caerphilly Boxing Club to become a two-time Eastern Division Champion.

Hard work, dedication, and determination on full display, well deserved and inspiring for everyone at the club. 🥊👏

🥊 Fantastic results today! 🥊

First up, young Harry stepped into the ring for his semi-final and boxed brilliantly over three great rounds, earning a well-deserved win by split decision. He’s now through to the final! 👏🔥

Next up was Duffy, who put on a fantastic performance in his final and came away with the victory, becoming the 2 x 69kg Eastern division Champion! 🏆🥇

A massive congratulations to both lads for their hard work, dedication, and excellent performances. We’re all proud of you! 💪🥊

A big thank you to all the friends, families, and supporters who came along and cheered the boys on. Your support means everything.

Special thanks also to Stuart and Paddy for all the hard work, time, and dedication they put into these lads day in and day out. The commitment behind the scenes never goes unnoticed and plays a huge part in their success.

Fantastic effort tonight from everyone at Caerphilly Boxing Club in both the boxing class and the adults boxing-based circuit session.

We’re really pleased with the energy, effort, and commitment shown across all levels tonight.

We currently have space available in our adults class. This is a boxing-based circuit session combining boxing skills with strength and conditioning work, a great all-round workout designed to improve fitness, technique, and confidence.

Sessions run every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00pm, and all fitness levels are welcome. Whether you’re completely new and want to learn the basics, or you’re simply looking for a fun and effective way to stay fit, this class is a great place to start.

If you’re interested in joining, feel free to get in touch or come along and give it a try.
