As most of you know, our Emma is leaving us for pastures new as she starts an exciting new adventure in Spain ❤️

So, on Tuesday 18th August we're saying goodbye the only way we know how… with a special Barbell Blast 💪

Don't worry – you'll still be getting a great workout, but we're mixing things up with a slightly different format and plenty of laughs,

👕 The only rule...

*****ABSOLUTELY NO GYM CLOTHES!******

That's right… we want to see anything but gym wear!

😴 Pyjamas
👗 Dresses
🤠 Cowboys
👵 Grandmas
🌺 Tourists
🎭 Or anything else you can dream up!

The more creative, the better. Let's make it a class to remember for Emma!

You'll also notice some Spanish words on the poster ... going to leave them and let Emma get some practice in 🤣

There may be a few adjustments to the timetable that evening, including Spin and Bands & Booties, but we'll keep everyone updated and announce any changes closer to the time.

So...... sart planning those outfits! We can't wait to see what everyone comes up with💃🎉🇪🇸❤️

Let's be honest... we have absolutely no idea what we're going to do without her! 💔 She's truly one of a kind.

Before she starts her new adventure, Emma and Frankie would love for you to join them for a drink

Apparently there's an England game on tomorrow at 5pm so will be a slight change in classes.

We won't be doing kettlebells and LBT classes. We will however be getting a projector out having the game on in the hyrox room. Then if anyone fancies it we can do a S&C class right after in full kits!

No queuing to get to the bar here. If you fancy it, come on down for 5pm!

QROX 2026 💙⚡

What a day! What an incredible turnout, amazing weather, and an atmosphere that was second to none.

A huge well done to every single person who took part. You should all be incredibly proud of yourselves—you represented yourselves brilliantly 🫶💪👊

Congratulations to all of our winners across this year's categories!🏆

We also want to say a massive thank you to everyone who volunteered throughout the day. From setting up, lifting and shifting equipment, judging, and cleaning up afterwards—you all played a huge part in making the event such a success.

🥇 Prizes for all categories will be sorted over the coming days. We'll be contacting each of you individually.

🏅 If you didn't collect your plaque on Saturday, they're now available to collect from the gym from 4pm today. Just ask behind the desk. If you'd prefer your plaque to go up on our gym wall (as a few of you have already requested), just let us know and we'll proudly get it displayed.

A special shoutout also goes to Becky and Luke, who organised our very first Kids QROX event. WOW! The turnout was incredible, and every single child who took part did themselves proud. It was fantastic to see so many young people getting involved.

Every year we learn more about how to make QROX even bigger and better for everyone, and we're already looking forward to what 2027 will bring.

Thank you all once again for making QROX 2026 such an unforgettable event.

It feels like forever since I taught the Sunday class with holidays and alternating weekends!

Lets try this one more time (again).

I proper messed it up last time. But this time I've now listed the classes on date order as well as the new format so everyone can see everything.

We've also added 2 more classes. Morning spin with lauren at 6.30am and boxing with Emma at 10am on Sundays.

The amount of classes we currently have is a logistical nightmare as we are running out of space. So we are looking to expand again and open a 4th class space in the next few weeks. This will once again mean more classes and more variety in what we can offer! Will keep you posted once we get everything sorted.

As usual, the classes will be on the app so get that downloaded for the latest updates and changes.

All classes are free for members and just £3 per class for non-members. Just drop us a message to book on
