Fully qualified instructors ensure that members work safely and that personal programmes are appropriate, monitoring achievement and setting aims and individual goals accordingly. We are one of the few providers of safe and effective Cardiac Rehabilitation in the Bradford area and our Phase

IV BACPRA qualified instructor runs our Cardio Club twice weekly. We do not believe in gimmicks and there are no hidden charges. We ensure our members do not feel 'just a number' and this has attracted many who have found other gyms intimidating and lacking in customer care.
