🏉💪 What a great turnout at training last night! 💪🏉

Brilliant to see so many ladies down and putting in the hard work! 🔥

💥 The forwards were getting stuck into scrums and mauls, building strength and teamwork in the pack.

⚡ The backs were working on putting the pressure on, sharpening up their attacking play and keeping the intensity high!

A big thanks to our fantastic coaches for keeping us motivated and helping us to improve together as a team 💪🏼🥰

Fancy giving rugby a go? Come along to our next training session — all abilities welcome! 🏉💪
