π This is my happy place.
Trackside. Coffee in hand. Watching a driver I've worked with put months of preparation into practice.
Today I was at Silverstone supporting Logan through practice and qualifying, and it reminded me exactly why I love what I do.
Most people see the race. They see the lap times, the overtakes and the results.
What they don't always see are the hours of work that happen long before race day.
The strength training. The conditioning. The recovery. The mindset work. The confidence building. The early mornings. The commitment.
As a performance coach, my role isn't just about making drivers fitter. It's about helping them become stronger, more resilient athletes who can perform when the pressure is on.
Being trusted to support a young driver on their journey is a privilege, and seeing them grow both on and off the track is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
Good luck for the rest of the weekend, Logan. Let's keep building. πͺποΈ
