Big thank you to the Level 3 Personal Training students from Chichester College who joined us at VK Gym this week 💪

We spent time on the gym floor talking about the reality of the industry — not just the qualification, but what it actually takes to operate as a coach in a live environment.

At VK, we’re building more than just a gym.
