We are a group of people that come together every Thursday to have some movement and fitness fun.
This is a non judgemental group of individuals all ages , friends and families..
great music alongside some awesome fitness by an incredible PT Rebecca Louise Hart.. this lady does some creative fitness..,
£15 per month
6pm - 7pm every Thursday
