SPECIAL GUEST CLASS ALERT
Aerial Yoga is starting from Thursday 5th March at 10:15am! Currently running just in March, this specialist class will have places for 4 students.
Aerial Yoga blends traditional yoga with the support of a soft fabric hammock to help you move, stretch, and breathe in new ways. This class includes gentle flows, mindful breathwork, and strength-building poses that support the whole body. Expect moments of floating, deep stretching, and relaxation.
£13.50 as an individual class but can be used as part of memberships or blocks - book as usual on TeamUp.

We’re hosting a one off Self Defence workshop with TAO Dragons at Dream Fitness this Friday at 7:45pm!!
