Running into Holly again felt a bit like a full-circle moment 💛

In spring last year we both attended “Nurture to Thrive” with our newborns, so when she got in touch to do a fitness assessment and body composition reading, I was more than happy to help!

Holly is 1 year postpartum, mum to two girls, still breastfeeding, and generally navigating life 😆 all while carrying a lot less body weight than her body may be comfortable with right now.

Our session wasn’t about chasing fat loss or aesthetics.
It was about health, hormones, brain function, cycle regularity, and mental wellbeing, and how being too lean, especially as a breastfeeding mum, can quietly impact all of that.

Sometimes the next step forward isn’t doing more…
It’s fueling more 🥑🍳
High-calorie, nutrient-dense foods.
Adequate fats and protein.
Protecting muscle.
Letting the body feel safe again.

The goal?
To rebuild reserves, feel stronger, return to regular exercise, and get Holly back to teaching movement, which is something she truly loves.

Postpartum health isn’t one-size-fits-all.
And “small” doesn’t always mean well.

Our bodies are so intelligent, but sometimes we have to slow down enough to listen 👂🏻

You deserve to be THRIVING not just surviving 💕

This week looked like:

• Tuesday morning spin 🚴‍♀️
• Strength progress with Lauren 💪
• Welcoming Casha back after a tough chapter 🤍
• Debbie & Jamie getting it done ✔️
• Friday mobility to loosen out after an intense week of training 🧘‍♀️
• And my first 100kg deadlift 13 months postpartum 🏋️‍♀️

Different bodies, different goals, same commitment to showing up.

So grateful to call his work my job, always a pleasure✨

My 9th New Year in this industry (say whaaaat?!)

What you don’t see in these photos:
🌅 the early mornings (even did some 4:30am’s at one point 😵
😟 the self-doubt
😰 the seasons of burnout
💪🏼 the evolution of how I coach
👯‍♀️ the women who trusted me with their bodies at vulnerable points in their lives

What you do see:

Consistency. Growth. Community.

Strength isn’t built in a January rush.

It’s built by staying.

If you’ve trained with me at any point, thank you for being part of this story 🙏🏻

Here’s to long-term strength, not quick fixes 🙌🏻

September ⏩ December

What you can see:
Better quality of movement.
More range.
More control.
More confidence.

What this video can’t show you 👇

Jamie-Leigh is a mum of three who pours so much love into her boys. While they’re little, they’re her priority, because we know just how fast that time goes 🥹

But she also chose to carve out 2–3 hours a week to work on herself.

That time built a stronger, more functional core, and with it came confidence that now carries into everyday life.

Confidence to move freely.
Confidence to run again (up to a very respectable 6km 👏).
Confidence to jump on the trampoline with her boys.
And maybe most importantly…
Confidence that her goals are achievable.

Worried that exercise might affect your milk supply? 🤱🏼🍼

It’s usually not the exercise itself, but what surrounds it.
When you start moving again postpartum, keep an eye on these factors:

🚰 Hydration – replace what you lose through sweat.

🥑 Nutrition – eat enough to fuel both recovery and milk production.

🕐 Feeding frequency – milk works on demand, so try not to go too long between feeds (based on what’s normal for you and your baby).

🧘🏼‍♀️ Stress & recovery – your body’s already doing a lot; rest counts too.

I generally suggest waiting until around 12 weeks postpartum before reintroducing structured exercise, by then, feeding is usually more settled (Prior to that breath, core, pelvic floor work & mobility).

Exercise is amazing for mental health, and you shouldn’t feel guilty for wanting that time for you.

For me, I’ve chosen to prioritise breastfeeding over my structured workouts right now, but every mum’s balance looks different and you should find what works for your baby and you 🤍

It’s not “bouncing back.” 🎾 🙅🏼‍♀️
It’s not 6-week transformations or quick fixes.
It’s rebuilding 🧱 slowly, intentionally, and with respect for what your body’s just done.
Some days you’ll feel strong. 💪🏼
Other days you’ll just breathe and stretch. 🧘🏼‍♀️
Both count.

Postpartum fitness isn’t about erasing what your body’s been through 🤰🏼
It’s about reclaiming your strength, confidence, and connection with it again.

If you’re ready to rebuild your strength from the inside out
👉🏼safely, sustainably, and with support 👈🏼

I’m opening 3 online coaching spots this month for mums who want to feel strong again (without the pressure to “bounce back”).

DM me “POSTPARTUM” and I’ll send you all the details 💌

If you’ve had a baby and feel weaker, unconfident or disconnected from your body…

You’re not destined to be stuck like this forever.

Your body just needs a new foundation 🧱👷🏼‍♀️

One that supports healing, strength, and energy, not exhaustion or guilt.

That’s what my online coaching is all about.
I’m opening 3 spaces for postpartum (or busy) women who want to:
💪 Rebuild strength safely
🌬️ Heal their core and pelvic floor
❤️ Feel confident in their body again

If that sounds like you, comment “READY” or DM me directly, let’s chat about your goals and see if it’s the right fit 🙏🏻

Hi 👋🏼 I’m Chloe

I’ve been a personal trainer for 8 years, working from Dream Fitness Bognor Regis (my second home 🏠)

Since 2022 I’ve been managing the gym, but right now I’m in the final months of maternity leave with my beautiful baby girl, Lunar 🌙

From the very beginning, I’ve had a deep passion for helping women feel strong and confident in their bodies. Watching that strength ripple into every part of their lives has always been the most rewarding part of my work.

Over the years, I’ve had the honour of helping women get wedding ready, prepare for pregnancy, stay active throughout, and rebuild their strength post-birth.

I’ve always loved female strength, wellness and longevity, and since becoming a mum myself, that passion has only grown.

My own journey through birth wasn’t what I expected. An emergency C-section with a rare uterine scar changed the way I see postpartum recovery. It gave me even more insight into just how little support women receive, and how much more we deserve!

That’s why I’m now opening up space for a small number of women to work with me 1:1 or 2:1 from my home gym.

This is for you if you’re ready to return to movement, safely rebuild your strength, and feel held and supported in the process.

I keep these sessions small and personal for a reason, to give each woman the care, attention and individualised coaching she truly needs.

Very limited availability and guest appearances from the moon child herself 🌙

If you’re curious to know more, I’d love to hear from you 💗
