It doesnât matter that you hit your nutrition goals when you feel like it. It doesnât matter that you show up to the gym when motivation is high and life is smooth.
Anyone can do that.
What I actually want to know is what you do when everything is falling apart. When youâve had the worst week, when someone lets you down, when life just keeps throwing things at you one after another.
Because thatâs where your real habits live. Not in the good weeks. In the hard ones.
You donât need to be perfect. But you do need a floor. A bare minimum you donât drop below no matter whatâs going on around you. Even if thatâs just getting your training in, hitting roughly what you need to eat, getting to bed at a decent time.
That floor is what actually builds the body and the life youâre after. Not the perfect weeks. The consistent ones.
You need to figure out your floor. Because that floor is what separates the people who get there from the people who almost didđ«¶
