A polite but important reminder 💙
It genuinely saddens us that we have to make this post.
Delphy Pool is private land, and access to the site or water outside of our opening hours, or without permission, is trespassing.
Unfortunately, we have recently had people entering the site and accessing the water when no staff are present. This is not only unauthorised but also creates serious safety and liability concerns.
Please be aware that CCTV is in operation across the site, including the entrance, car park and water access points, and activity is recorded.
If you have recently accessed the site or entered the water without permission, we would like to offer you the opportunity to contact us in good faith. Our priority is to resolve this amicably, and where appropriate, arrange payment for the unauthorised use of the facilities rather than having to pursue the matter further.
We sincerely hope this reminder is enough. However, if unauthorised access continues, or previous incidents are not resolved, we will have no option but to take further action, including passing CCTV evidence to the relevant authorities and pursuing recovery of any losses where appropriate.
We love sharing Delphy Pool with our community and ask everyone to help us protect this special place by respecting that it is private property.
