Another Scottish Schools National event completed, and our Bellshill Sharks swimmers represented the club with pride! 🦈

Bellshill Sharks brought home 3 National medals:
🥈 Rebecca claimed Silver in the 200m Backstroke, missing out on Gold by the narrowest of margins — just a touch at the finish.

🥇🥈 Alex added to the medal tally with a Gold and a Silver in the relay events on Friday

We also saw lots of Long Course (LC) PBs from our swimmers throughout the meet, which we are incredibly proud of. Your hard work and dedication are paying off!

A special congratulations to Jamie W on competing in his first National-level meet. You did a fantastic job and should be very proud of your performance.

Well done to all our swimmers, coaches, and supporters for another successful championship. Bellshill Sharks continue to make waves! 🦈💙🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️

🏅 Great news from Aberdeen! 🏅

Our swimmer Alex has become a Scottish Schools National Champion after helping win the 4x50m Freestyle Relay Open Final!

A huge congratulations also to Sophia, Sandie, and Adam from Cumbernauld Swimming Club. Together they formed an outstanding team and brought the gold medal home.

The team also narrowly missed out on another gold in the 4x50m Medley Relay Open Final, finishing in a fantastic second place and taking home the silver medal after an incredibly close race.

An amazing and outstanding performance from everyone involved.

We are delighted to announce that 16 swimmers have qualified for the Finals of the Scottish Schools Championship in Aberdeen on the 5th of June! 👏👏

A huge well done to:

Last weekend our swimmers proudly represented Bellshill Sharks Swimming Club at the Cumbernauld meet and came home with some fantastic results and lots of PBs! 💙
