Tonight's training was all about Scotland and their win at the World Cup over the weekend. The boys were kitted out in their Scotland gear and even the parents and coaches got involved too. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We played good auld Cuppie Doubles and Cuppie Singles.
(Back to the good auld days 🤣)

Our winners were Tye and Logan in the doubles. 🏆

And our winner in the singles was Logan (done the double) 🏆🏆

Great day at the Mill Utd Summer Festival at the Jock Stein Centre, Hamilton. Although it felt like a winter festival at times. 🤣🤣🥶🥶

The boys had 5 very competitive matches and held their own in every match, coming away with 2 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss. But more minutes at 9s getting to know the rules of football as we go along. 💪🏼

Our journey through 7 a side football has now come to an end and it is the start of a new era for us as we transition to 9 a side football from next weekend. 7️⃣➡️9️⃣

From Fun 4s & Fun 5s at Ravenscraig from 2022-2024, from that first 7s games at Larkhall Thistle & Burnbank way back in March 2024 to our last 7s games on Saturday against EK Colts & EK Caledonian Thistle, it's been some journey. ⚽🥅

One last hurrah at small sided 9 a side matches until we get to the big time next year. 💪🏼

As we complete our journey through 7 a side football and transition to 9 a side football, we are looking to freshen up our look and update our current home kits.

Looking for any local businesses willing to assist us with the purchase of these new strips.

With your company logo emblazoned on the front, back or sleeve of the strip, it gives you a good source of advertising alongside providing community support to the local team as we travel throughout Lanarkshire playing our games.
