BKO is a team dedicated to teaching Kickboxing whilst providing a family friendly atmosphere. Whether you are looking to compete, keep fit or learn something new then BKO has a range of different l

essons to suit you. We teach three different combat sport styles:

Kickboxing points
Kickboxing ringsport
Boxing
In addition, we also offer morning bootcamps for people who want to stay fit and keep active. BKO has a diverse range of students spanning different age groups and includes several British, European and World Champions. As well as regularly competing around Europe, BKO also have many students representing Team GB, in turn, inspiring our younger competitors to follow their lead and develop their own medal-winning aspirations. Socially, we are a close and welcoming team who like to organise trips together such as camping, paint-balling and the famous Christmas party! Many of BKO’S adults and children have built fitness and confidence; finding a sport that they love along the way. It is really important to us that our students enjoy and understand how Kickboxing can help them throughout their daily lives. No matter your motivation, be it to stay healthy or to become a champion- BKO are willing to help you reach your goal in a safe, supportive environment. We love what we do and we know you will too.
