Overton Taekwondo Club Overton Taekwondo club is based in Overton, Hampshire, UK. Great for fitness, fun and self defense! Our members range in age from six to sixties.

We are a family oriented WTF style Taekwondo club based in the lovely village of Overton which is near Basingstoke, Hampshire. Originally founded in 1999, The club has trained in various venues across Basingstoke, but we have never lost our connection to the Village. We teach WTF Taekwondo, which is a combination of the Olympic Sport, patterns, basics, sparring and self defence. Our aim is to intr

oduce the benefits of tTaekwondo to everyone, regardless of age, gender or ability. We are part of the Chungdokwan school founded in 1944 by Won Kuk Lee. Overton Taekwondo is a member of British Taekwondo which is in turn affiliated to the world headquarters of Taekwondo, Kukkiwon in South Korea. Overton Taekwondo is a charity. Our instructors are not paid, so all class fees go back into the club. We have a committee of Charity trustees who ensure the responsible and effective financial management of the club. We are a club run by our members and are always ready to welcome volunteers! All our instructors have full CRB checks in place, full indemnity insurance, and are trained in first aid and safeguarding. We aim to make Taekwondo a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Many of our members have competed in local and national competitions. Several have traveled abroad to compete or take part in sports exchanges. We do our best to be a friendly club with lots of opportunities to socialise!

🥋TCGB seminar with GRANDMASTER BYEONGHYUN SHIN🥋

When: Sunday 30 April, 13:00-17:00
Where: Tiffin School, Queen Elizabeth Road, Kingston KT2 6RL

Learn techniques under the tutelage of a 9th dan Chungdokwan and K*kkiwon, international kyorugi referee and poomsae judge, and K*kkiwon high dan examiner - Grandmaster Byeonghyun Shin - coming straight from Korea to share his expertise with you!

All grades are welcome! Entry fee is subsidised at only £25 for TCGB members and £40 for non-members. Definitely an opportunity not to be missed 🥋
