Dusted off my Giant SCR1 roadbike and diyched the e-bike and took it for a ride on a lovely spring day. Know the bike well as it took me London to Paris over 3 days. Fast and nimble and what a joy to ride.

I purchased a Boardman 8.9e in 2022 and the motor has failed and is out of the two year warrenty. I was cycling and heared a clicking noise and had loss of power. Appears the drive mechanism is worn with a spring exposed. Hoping it can be repaired or it costs £540 for a new Fazua ride 50 system. 8.9e
