Fitsteps with Glenda Fitsteps is a Dance Based Group Exercise Class. Created by Strictly Pros Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite. No dance experience required, no partner needed.

Fitsteps is a great way to get fit while having fun. Using Latin and Ballroom steps plus themed dances.
